WP SMS Pro Settings and Integrations

This document is intended for users of the WP SMS plugin who have upgraded to the Pro Pack version and want to take advantage of the advanced features and customization options it offers. In this document, we will provide an overview of the various settings available in the Pro Pack and explain how to access and configure them to meet your specific needs. We encourage you to read through this document carefully to ensure that you get the most out of the WP SMS plugin and its Pro Pack features.

Overview

The Settings page in the WP SMS Pro plugin allows you to manage the various settings and integrations for the plugin.

There are several tabs available for you to set the settings for each specific feature you want to use.

General

The General tab allows you to enter your license key and activate it to receive updates for the plugin directly from the WordPress plugins page. Simply enter your license key and press Save Changes to activate it.

WordPress

In the WordPress tab, you can enable or disable the option to allow users to log in using their mobile number. You can also customize the message content for various notifications.

BuddyPress

The BuddyPress tab enables you to add a mobile number field to the user profile page. You can also set up notifications to send SMS messages when someone mentions or comments on a user’s activity.

WooCommerce

On this popular integration, you have the option to choose to add a New Field or Use the default number field as a mobile field number or Disable this feature.

And can set these options too:

  • Order Meta Box, to send SMS on orders.
  • OTP Verification, for orders.
  • Notify for new product published.
  • Notify for a new order.
  • Notify customer order.
  • Notify of stock, and send an SMS when stock is low.
  • Notify of status, send an SMS when order status changed.

Gravity Forms

The Gravity Forms tab allows you to manage which forms you want to use to send SMS messages when an entry is submitted. You can find more information on how to configure these options in the Gravity Forms documentation.

Quform

The Quform tab lets you set which field to send SMS messages to when a user completes a form, as well as send SMS messages to specific numbers when a user adds an entry. More information on integrating Quform with WP SMS Pro can be found in the Quform documentation.

Note*: You will need to have or create a form to enable this integration.

Easy Digital Downloads

The Easy Digital Downloads tab allows you to set up SMS notifications for new orders and payment completions for customers.

WP Job Manager

You can use these options on this integration:

  • Add a mobile number field to the job posting form
  • Display the mobile number on the single job page
  • Set up SMS notifications for new job submissions and job approvals

Awesome Support

The Awesome Support tab lets you send SMS notifications to the admin and/or the user when a new ticket is opened or when there is a reply to a ticket.

Ultimate Members

The Ultimate Members tab currently has a single option to sync the mobile number from the Ultimate Members mobile number form field.


By carefully configuring the various settings and integrations in the WP SMS Pro plugin, you can effectively communicate with your users and customers through SMS.
