If you encounter issues while sending SMS through WooCommerce or if your SMS is not being delivered, there are a few things you can try:
- Experiment with including or excluding the mobile country code (this can also be adjusted in the Settings → General section)
- Verify that the destination numbers are accurate
- Confirm that the sender ID is correct and that you have sufficient credit on your account balance.
